According to Scott Wozniak, founder and CEO of Swoz Consulting, he worked for some nice, good-hearted people who lacked fundamental leadership skills. A mentor presented him with a leadership strategy book, which piqued his interest and prompted him to return to school to obtain his master’s degree. After coaching and training around the world, he returned to Atlanta to work for a close friend’s family business – Chick-fil-A.  

After working directly with the top leaders of Chick-fil-A for some time, he eventually left his full-time role to build his own consulting company. His first client was Chick-fil-A and he continues to work with them today. He has seen both leadership failures and world-class leaders up close and is passionate about sharing his knowledge to help leaders build legendary companies.
