Our Team

Mary is President of Journals & Ledgers. In addition, she serves as the Director of Client Services.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor and an AIPB Certified Bookkeeper.  She has 30+ years of experience working with small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Amanda holds an Associate of Science from Troy University.  She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.  She has a variety of experience in bookkeeping, tax and human resources.

Suzanne serves in the dual roles of Business Development Manager and Account Executive. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.  Suzanne has experience in both public and private accounting as well as running her own small business.

Katie holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.  She has 10+ years of bookkeeping and small business experience and has a passion for acquiring new knowledge.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor. She has a great aptitude for numbers and is actively pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Auburn University.
